Guy Martin
Guy Martin apprenticed in the best restaurants in the Savoy region of France. Passionate about cooking since his childhood, he came into his own while at the Chateau de Divonne in Divonne-les-Bains, where he won his first two Michelin stars.
Since November 1991, Martin has been the chef of Le Grand Vefour, the historic restaurant of the Palais Royal in Paris. In 1999, he was named "Best Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau Guide, with a rating of 19/20. In 2000, he won a third Michelin star and was named "Best Chef of 2000" by the Champerard Guide.
