Anna Tasca Lanza's love of Sicily's people, cultural traditions and cuisine has inspired her to share that love as director of the acclaimed cooking school conducted at the Regaleali-Tasca d'Almeita Winery in Sicily. Assisted by her sister and her husband, Anna tailors cooking classes and regional culinary tours according to the season. Typical courses combine cooking instruction and demonstrations with visits to local gardens and markets, a winery tour, and a variety of meals highlighting Sicilian foods and cuisine.
